Dry Needling

Dry needling involves penetration of the skin using solid filiform needles, similar to acupuncture.  

 

This technique is commonly used by chiropractors and physiotherapists for various musculoskeletal conditions, with the goal of producing a positive neurophysiological change to the impacted muscles and other tissues.

Dry needling has also recently gained popularity as a natural cosmetic enhancement treatment.  It is thought to increase collagen production, reduce the appearance of fine lines, brighten complexion and enhance overall facial muscle tone.
